The activities are secured by the HSE&Q Department (Health, Safety, Environment & Quality), which consists of five divisions – Division of Safety and Health Protection, Division of Ecological Stress, Division of the Environment and Standardization, Risk management Division and Division of System Management.

- Protection of the environment (air, waste, water, packaging, freon, PCB, greenhouse gases, IPPC, IRZ ...)

- Management of chemical substances (REACH)
- Emergency and crisis planning
- Transportation safety of dangerous goods (executing the position of the ADR and RID advisor)
- Introduction and certification of management systems (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001, ...)
